Absences and cancellations by students due to illness should be handled in the following manner:
Notify the instructor AND the Arts Center by phone to cancel a lesson. Cancellation notices should be made no later than 12 noon on the day of the lesson (9am on Saturday). One make-up lesson per term is allowed for properly reported absences. No credits are available for make-up lessons that are not reported according to the times and policy stated above.
Cancellations by the instructor will be made-up at a mutually convenient time.
